About Rikka Johnson

Rikka Johnson serves as Chief of Staff to John Eric, Managing Partner of The Luxury Collective Global Advisory (TLCGA). She brings more than a decade of leadership in luxury hospitality to the firm's international real estate advisory platform, where she oversees operations, organizational strategy, and organizational development.

Rikka began her career with the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, where she spent more than ten years in leadership roles. As General Manager of Wolfgang Puck's Michelin-starred CUT at the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, she led one of the company's flagship operations. There, she managed veteran service and culinary teams while at the same time she supported operations across San Francisco, Maui, and Washington, D.C. Her leadership was defined by her commitment to operational excellence and team culture, while delivering exceptional client experiences at the highest level of luxury hospitality.

Following her tenure with Wolfgang Puck, Rikka expanded her expertise beyond hospitality, applying its service principles to industries where they had never before been applied. She first worked with Precision Medicine, a biotechnology startup, where she led in the creation of unique-in-class client experiences. Rikka was instrumental in the company's transition to a concierge membership model, which led to a five-fold increase in the company’s membership. Other companies followed, and, now, Rikka brings that same client-first philosophy to TLCGA.

At TLCGA, Rikka works alongside the firm's leadership, administering a client-centric platform where discretion, operational precision, and white-glove service are mandatory. She uses her expertise to seamlessly execute every cross-border client engagement. From developing internal systems and cultivating high-performance teams, she helps translate TLCGA's commitment to excellence into every aspect of its business.

The throughline of Rikka’s career has and continues to be translating the "golden rules" of luxury hospitality. Known for her ability to align people, processes, and culture, Rikka has advised organizations navigating periods of strategic and operational growth. Her work reflects a career-long commitment to elevating service standards and creating client experiences that exceed expectations. She brings all of this experience to TLCGA.

Rikka studied History and Anthropology at the University of Iowa, disciplines that deepened her understanding of people, culture, and human behavior. Her studies have provided her with an analytical perspective that continues to inform her leadership style and approach to building exceptional client experiences.
